Board Grade

A Double Wall carton is stronger and heavier than a single wall carton, as it is made from thicker board. Standard board for single wall is "B" flute. Standard Double wall board consists of both "B" and "C" flutes. This grade would be approximately 6mm thick. Obviously better board means a more expensive price. If you are not sure what you need, tell us what you are packing and we can give you some guidance..

For larger loads use one of our standard Pallet Boxes. These consist of four components, Tray, Cap, Sleeve and pallet and are delivered to you packed flat. Simply take off the cap, erect the sleeve, fill the box and replace the cap.
We have four standard sizes, but other sizes can be made to order. The Pallets are all Heat treated and stamped with the conforming logo.

Ask about our Box and Lids. Suitable for single reams of paper in the most popular sizes. Made from "E" Flute corrugated in white or brown.

Most of our stock cartons are Fefco style 0201. This is the most popular style of carton and needs to be taped, glued or stapled to keep it closed. A carton like this will have 3 measurements and these are Length x Width x Depth. The First two dimensions quoted always represent the opening of the box. The sizes listed on the left and below are all considered stock boxes and we would usually have a decent quantity of these in stock all the time. The box pictured above is one of our Multi depth cartons, which means it has extra scores and can be cut down to various depths. Click here for other styles.

This is our Archive Storage Box. Made from single wall corrugated and designed so it needs no tape and has a folding lid, which is good if you need regular access to its contents.
