Cell-Aire Foam

Cell-Aire® polyethylene foam, with its micro-cellular construction, is designed to absorb the knocks and scuffs that threaten your products during transit. It is great for surface protection and is also widely used for wooden flooring underlay.

Our stock sizes are 1000mm wide. 500mm, 750mm and 1500mm are also readily available and special slits can be made to order.

Cell-Aire foam can also be converted into bags or sheets, please ask for details.

All standard sizes come in two metre lengths. It can also be manufactured to make corner protectors, end caps and other shapes and is ideal for making mitred corners. It is easy to cut and shapes to fit your specific requirements, plus it’s flexible properties help to keep it on the item that needs protecting.

Polystyrene

As well as flat sheets, we can supply hot wire cut or moulded polystyrene in various forms and shapes, including; bottle packs, moulded cool packs and picture frame corners.

Blocks can also be cut in any size from 2440 x 1220 x 610mm to 25 x 25 x 6mm.

These handy corners come in a joined group of four. Simply snap them off and use as individual pieces to offer outstanding impact protection for your products during transportation.
